During that time, the firm expanded its global reputation and market footprint, eventually becoming one of the leading quality engineering organizations worldwide. He led commercial expansion in the United States, particularly in the Southeast, and helped secure several Fortune 500 clients. His responsibilities involved identifying strategic accounts, strengthening executive relationships, and ensuring that delivery capabilities aligned with client expectations. His role went beyond simply closing deals. Brad remained actively involved with clients after agreements were signed to ensure that commitments made during the sales process translated into long-term relationships. By maintaining executive-level communication and reinforcing accountability, he helped ensure consistent outcomes and strong partnerships. Earlier in his career, Bowden served as Head of Sales for the United States consulting business at QualityKiosk Technologies. In that role, he worked to expand market penetration and strengthen enterprise consulting partnerships. Before that, he held sales leadership positions at two consulting firms that were later acquired following their growth and success.
