Craig Loe

A quintessential "Baby Boomer" born in 1953 with the perspective of broad life experiences and a unique outlook and understanding of the challenges facing my contemporaries as we age together. What is it about my life that I think makes me qualified to babble about my thoughts and feelings regarding the myriad issues and challenges confronting my brethren? I grew up the eldest of 7 children; spent 11 years in parochial schools; 3 marriages, 2 divorces, 4 children, 2 step-children, 5 grandchildren and a living parent. I am a two time survivor of major cancers yet, my only biological son died at the age of 26 from Lymphoma in 2010. I'm a business owner, held a California Real Estate Broker's license for over 25 years. I sometimes feel overwhelmed with the decision making that accompanies this transitional period of my life. I evolved from the bullet proof mentality of a younger man to protectionist thinking while coming to fully understand the opportunities to begin anew are most likely in the past. I'd like to share with you my observations and opinions on the issues facing those of us born between 1946 and 1964 in hopes that you may benefit from and perhaps be entertained by one man's perspective. The opinions I express are mine and mine alone but I'm more than willing to share.
