I am an experienced nonprofit specialist who, in this economy, has been laid off more than once, due to the financial challenges faced by the organizations I worked for. In searching for work, I've refined my application process to successfully be noticed and interviewed by hiring managers. I want to share my success with others. This blog is for that purpose.
