Ayurvedic ways have healed me from massive neck surgery which nearly paralyzed me fifteen years ago. My mission is to share the healing energy that flows through me with the world with my poetry, musings, energy updates, flash fiction and autobiographical fiction. My mama taught me to love all of humanity and to have a deep respect for Nature and all sentient beings. Now that the Age of Aquarius has begun, we shall all find sustainable, inclusive ways to live in harmony with each other and with the Earth.
