Adam Kapi

Adam founded Kapi Restoration to bring honesty, technical precision, and craftsmanship back to disaster restoration in Metro Detroit. With 15+ years working hands-on with insurance carriers, adjusters, and homeowners through fire, water, and mold losses, he leads every project the same way he'd want one led on his own home — properly scoped, fully documented, and built to the IICRC Standard of Care.
