I am a passionate International Bharata Natyam (South-Indian Classical Dance) and Bollywood Dancer/Choreographer/Teacher, as well Artistic Director of ShivShakti School of Dance. I am also the Founder/Director, Yoga and Meditation Teacher of Sumona Yoga Company. Furthermore, I am an Actress, Writer, Poetess, Reiki III Healer/Practitioner, Traveller, Indian Cook, Avid, Spiritual Seeker, and Bodyworker/Healer and Spiritual Being. I love connecting with all kinds of people from all walks of life. I learn so much from each beautiful Being in my life.
