He was Vice President at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., responsible for integrating acquisitions and negotiating contracts with major clients. Before his entrepreneurial venture, he was pivotal as Director, General Counsel, and Chief Financial Officer at Transition Capital Partners, managing the firm’s strategic investments and portfolio management.
